Kroger has a no proof class action settlement that is very easy to file for. I'm going to give you a full walkthrough. It should take less than two minutes. This site has all the information that you could need about the background, the filing requirements and also the deadlines to exclude yourself from the settlement class, object to the settlement, do nothing, and get more information. To exercise your right to obtain a share of the Net Settlement Fund, you must complete, sign, and submit a claim form and documentation if required by December 21, 2026. Claims where the total amount claimed is $8,000 or more require supporting documentation sufficient to identify the individual's payments to Kroger during the settlement class period. If you do want to submit a claim, you are eligible. You can scroll back up to the top and hit submit a claim. This page will ask you if you have a notice ID and confirmation code. If you do, then you can make that choice here. If you don't and you're still eligible, then you can choose no to proceed. It will then ask you for your email address. If you enter your email address, it'll immediately send you a six digit code. And the next screen here will ask you to enter the six digit code below. If you enter that here, then that will bring you to a page where you can enter all of your basic information. As you scroll down, it'll bring you to a section where you can enter what your out of pocket costs were covered by this settlement, select the range that best estimates your total out of pocket amount. Choose exactly one range. After making the selection here, then you'll scroll down a little bit further and it will ask you for proof of payment and any documentation that you have. You can see here that it says documentation is required for claims of $8,000 or more. And then if you're ready to finish it up, then you just need to sign and date it. And that's it.
