Who knew that me using my voice to share my life experience could cause such a ruckus? The truth is, I see a bigger purpose. I see a purpose that will help any and all women going through a divorce or hardship to find resources and a community, when the burden feels too heavy. So no, I will not stop talking and sharing. I will not be bullied into silence. The greater purpose greatly outweighs any "hate" I may receive. Which, to be clear, I feel very at peace and calm in my decision to use my voice. So I won't back down simply because there are defensive comments swirling around. This was my life experience, and like everyone else in this world, my voice too deserves to be heard.
