Ladies

Ladies, you need a dumbbell workout that helps you build and sculpt that natural hourglass shape? Well that means you need to focus on the shoulders, the lats, glutes and quads. I got the perfect workout for you. Let's get it. First, I want you to start with some standing dumbbell Arnold presses to hit those shoulders so that you can build the top of the hourglass. Then I want exercises and I want some rows, mixed with some reverse fly. These are gonna build those lats, build that middle around the back and bra bulge area. Then you to do some dumbbell around the worlds of the shoulders and it's gonna hit the lats at the same time. Next, I want some sumo squats into some RDLs. This is gonna hit the glutes, start getting that middle to bottom of the hourglass shape complete. Not the least, I want you to do some goblet squats. These are gonna hit the quads, the front of the leg and on the sides to complete that lower part of the hourglass shape. And as a bonus for those of you with bad knees, you can just do box squats for this. I hope you enjoyed that workout. If you did, drop a flame emoji in the comment section. And also if you're tired of saving random workouts without an idea on how to structure everything together, I got great news for you. I just dropped my brand new program, it's a 12-week toned body sculpt plan. Dumbbell focus with workouts you can complete 30 to 40 minutes. It's a three phase program designed to help sculpt that natural hourglass shape. And it even has tutorial videos for every exercise. If this sounds like something that you need, comment "Program" for details! As always, thank you for watching. And don't forget to follow for more fitness tips!
