Ladies, if your goal is to tighten up your back around, here underneath for the bra bulge area and also around mid to upper back area, so your back looks good in them strapless dresses, then I got two exercises I want you to start doing every week. Let's get to it. So for the first movement, to get a bench and set it to an incline at about 30 degrees. Then you to grab two dumbbells and we're gonna lay down on a bench just like this and I want you to just let your arms hang straight down. Now the reason is because it's gonna isolate your lats and laying on the bench is gonna keep you from swinging, working too much and you're gonna to focus on the lats the whole time. So just like a been over dumbbell roll, you're gonna grab, I want you to really stretch right and then come up and you gonna squeeze, just going up. So instead of just going up like this, right? This is just working your biceps cause you're doing instead of you and down. Stretch forward like this, squeeze your back. You see where I ended up? Stretch forward, squeeze your back. When you come back like this, elbows all flared up against your body and then bring those dumbbells all shoulder blade. My back is more in that area. Stretch, come back, squeeze the back. Stretch, come up, squeeze the back. Alright, so as I hope you, if you did, drop a flame emoji down in the comment section and let me know.
