Bring the ingredients
To a boil.
Reduce the heat
& simmer 15 minutes
Remove from the
Heat and let
Cool to a
manageable Temp.
Put a colander in a bowl
& line it with
cheesecloth
Let it drain
Overnight.
Using a fine mesh
Strainer
Pour pectin
Liquid into jars.
Leave 1 inch headspace
Add lids &
Tighten bands
Finger tight
Waterbath jars 10 mins
Or freeze for up to
6 months.
