Did you know that lots of household items that we think of as trash can be repurposed in useful ways that are both sustainable and innovative! One man's trash is another man's treasure... you know that saying? Well as the host of Samsung, series, that takes that idea to a whole other level! In this video, he's literally going out, finding things that people threw away, finding things that people threw away, lamps, furniture, storage pieces, and even art! And that right there is what makes this so fascinating... He's not just picking up junk, he's seeing shape, structure, texture, where most people see the end of the line. A drum becomes a planter, a skateboard becomes a lighted mirror. Old materials become tables, and one-of-a-kind designs. And one-of-a-kind designs. That's absolutely amazing! And it's also really smart for the planet. And it's also really smart for the planet because every time something like this gets reused, that's one less item going in the trash, and one less needed to start from brand new materials. I love everything about what this creator is doing! It's a great reminder that what we think is old or no longer useful, can still have left in it! Samsung's trade-in program is another great way to give old devices through refurbishment into something new. Samsung and I have teamed up to find sustainably innovative ideas like this.
