Come and see how I cook 140 meals for my meal prep business this week. This was one of my biggest weeks so far and one of my favourite menus I have cooked. Thank you to everyone who ordered this week and I hope you are enjoying your meals so far. I post behind the scenes content of a meal prep business whilst also showing you different low calorie, high protein, easy to make recipes that you can use to stick to your goals. If you are looking to order you can browse our menu on our website. Fast thing I do is take the Cajun oven potatoes out the oven and load them into meal tubs. Then add our overnight cooked beef. Then top that with corn ribs and then finish it with dry parsley. This is our best single meal. Next up we get chicken and cook it in the pan and cook this off. That's chorizo. Once that's cooked, we add our tomato puree and our garlic and the rest of our ingredients. Sauce. Mix the sauce together, then we mix together the chicken pasta. Pour the sauce and then add it to the containers. This that each. Why massive food. We roasted tomatoes. Off parsley. One meals is Phil chicken. Put the teriyaki chicken in the containers. Then top off with our broccoli. Then go over it with teriyaki glaze to finish off fresh spring onions for a nice kick and then we also finish it with toasted sesame seeds. The final meal for this week was the honey soy salmon. So we take the salmon out the oven, add honey soy glaze and the lemon slices. We load our lemon and parsley rice into containers. Top off with salmon fillets and a fresh lime wedge. This meal gets finished off stem broccoli and then we also finish it with fresh spring onions for a nice kick and then we also finish it with toasted sesame seeds.
