Transcript

I meal prep this week focusing on high protein and minimal ingredient meals. I made PB and J overnight oats which were so good to grab and go for breakfast in the mornings. And my high-fixation street corn beef rice bowls to reheat for a protein pack lunch. I washed and stored berries so they last longer. I did peanut butter protein bars for a quick snack or treat. And made my one pan broccoli cheddar chicken and rice which makes for great leftovers too.
