PLAYING WITH SHINE: WAVE (2012) by ATELIER OMOYA . Thousands of glass marbles are hidden beneath a thin layer of fabric. By moving a rod along the edge, viewers make the surface gently rise and fall, creating a temporary layer of air between the fabric and the marbles.
