Let’s get back to it baddiessss we are back in the swing of things post surgery and I cannot wait to get stuck into this next phase and work on myself more than I ever have before. The come back is sooo on👏🏼 Took things super easy today and assessed how I felt but everything felt amazing and I can’t wait to build my strength back up in the gym. What an amazing feeling and how grateful I am to be able to rebuild and become my best self❤️ As of next week and throughout Q4 I’m going to be following my gain lower body programme within the @EvolveYou app as my main focus during this time is growing and strengthening my legs and glutes.
