I think this went viral a little while ago but here is what I did below Recipe: 3 pound chuck roast cut into big chunks 1/3 cup of soy sauce 2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar 2 tbsp of miso paste 2 tbsp of honey 3 cloves of minced garlic Big chunk of ginger minced Directions: 1. In a Dutch oven or braiser heat a couple tbsp of olive oil 2. Sear the chuck roast on each side for 2 minutes until it develops a crust. Do this in batches 3. Add all your meat back into the pan and pour your sauce over the top. Make sure everything is coated.
