You guys broke up and now he has a rebound. Let's talk about it. I want to start out with my full chest, saying 90%, 9 out of 10 men have a rebound on deck. But this is not a new woman. This woman has been there. Very likely a woman that has been giving him validation online, has been giving him an ego boost out work, something along those lines. The new woman is not better than you. She's not prettier than you. He doesn't like her more than you. That relationship doesn't mean nothing to him. What you felt was very real. All of those things, you know, go through your mind like, oh, I guess he never liked me. Oh, he must have been thinking of her the whole time. Specifically, if he runs back to an ex, which is why I'm always saying, if he comes back, it's not a good thing. This is actually the biggest diss you can have on this planet. The man comes back to you and you accept him back, you're his dodo. Trust me, he's gonna treat you as such. I've said this once and I've said this a million times. Men cannot be alone. If you break up with him today, he'll be outside by that night. They do not have the capacity again. I will say again, most, not all, I would say 90%, 90% do not have the emotional intelligence, unfortunately, most men are held to this standard. You guys cry first, men cry later. Women adjust through the pain. Men adjust through new girls. And very likely, he won't feel that pain until he sleeps with the next one. And I know that's painful, but as soon as he cracks that new girl, he's gonna go home and probably cry, probably call you, probably call you at 2, 3 AM on a random fucking Thursday. Just know if you get that, he just cracked. All right? The rebound is not better than you. In fact, and I've said this before too, when a man immediately rebounds, he actually really, really liked you. He cannot handle that emotion, that emotion of being let down. That ego crack where he's like, wait, something happened here. Especially if you broke up with him. He's gonna run to somebody else to not feel that pain. To soothe himself. She's not better than you. She's not prettier than you. I want to drill that into your head. You guys get obsessed. You start stalking this new girl. You start literally refresh, refresh, refresh, waiting for her next fucking post. You're her biggest number one fan, all right? No. Leave it alone. Sometimes the next girl is his karma.
