I tried every food at the CNE this year so here's what is actually good. The Korean BBQ Birria Tacos are slow braised birria beef topped with kimchi and folded into crispy cheese crusted tortilla. It is packed full of flavor. I loved it. These Bacon Cloud Fries are like nothing I've had before. The fries are super crispy with this cheese cloud. It does not get soggy. There's crumbled candy bacon and hot maple. It is so good. The Sweet Heat Cotton Candy Dirty Soda was definitely something I've never tried before. I honestly didn't get too much of the soda, but the cotton candy and the foam on top was really good. It's definitely on the sweet side though. These deep fried mozzarella flights were probably my favorite thing I had. It was cinnamon toast, a Nashville hot butter, parmesan and root beer barbecue. Have you ever tried root beer candy bacon before? It kind of tastes like maple bacon with a little bit of a kick. And when you put it in a cheese smash burger. Oh my gosh, it was so good. But if you wanna try something that you've never tried before, you have to get the edible dirty soda. It pops in your mouth and is a burst of flavor.
