Everything I ate on the opening day of CNE with prices and locations because I'm not here to waste your time. I'm Erin. I'm Erin, your Toronto guide who makes sure to hit that follow button. The very first thing I got literally at 11:00 AM was these mini donuts because they were so good. My friend wanted to try the KD smoothie, so I got him one and I got the normal matcha one, which was honestly a great start to the day. When I saw there was ramen crusted frog legs covered in ramen, that was a no-brainer. I had to try it. And I'm just a sucker for soft shell crab, so when I saw that on the menu, I also had to get it. I was not expecting to see the two frog legs like that. And I know everyone says this, but honestly to me, it tasted like chicken. The ramen was a perfect crunch and I just thought I was eating a chicken drumstick. I love soft shell crab and this one from the seasoning to the sauce, it was insane. The afternoon was so hot, I just had to get an icy. Anytime I see Tanghulu, I have to get it. These chocolate covered strawberries were so dang good. They layer them twice. There are six different types of chocolate and they really loaded up with the toppings. The Tanghulu was made fresh. It was so crispy and crunchy. And guys, it was so hot. I had to get a watermelon juice. The New York cheesecake strawberry cup, absolute perfection. We're located in Hall B at the Enercare Centre, so it was kind of hard to find, but so worth it. I love the Cheese Cloud Fries so much. This is my third time getting it already. They're just so crispy and yummy. I wanted to try something new, so I did get the Nashville Hot Potato. It's completely loaded, but if you can't handle spice, I would skip it. It was actually pretty spicy. And the very last thing I got was the maple cheese curds. It was a great mix of savory and sweet. I really liked it. I'm posting a ton of CNE content right now, so make sure you follow so you don't miss a single thing.
