Everything I made a postpartum mom I'm someone who genuinely loves to cook but I still remember those early postpartum days when dinner would roll around and I'd have absolutely no idea what to make or even have the energy to make anything. So now whenever one of my friends has a baby I love putting together a little care package of homemade meal prep. It's one less thing they have to think about and it's my favorite way to show them that I love them. Soup is a great thing to bring a postpartum mom and you might even get a text like this if you make my recipes. I also made some homemade sourdough and pack some cheese slices so they can make grilled cheeses to go with their tomato soup. These sheet pan chicken fajitas are perfect thing to bring because you can assemble everything for them and they can either throw it in the freezer for another day or dump everything onto a sheet pan and enjoy that night. I also hooked them up with all the fajita toppings. So they wouldn't have to worry about making any trips to the grocery store. I then pack everything up and drop it off right before dinner.
