This is what dinner for my family looks like after a day at the pool. Thanks to my crockpot. This is my slow cooker chipotle chicken cheesesteak. The chicken and the veggies were cooking in the crockpot all day while we were enjoying ourselves at the pool. Then all I had to do when we got home was add some cheese. It's the perfect recipe to make when you don't feel like cooking or you just have a busy weeknight. I serve my toddlers as a deconstructed sandwich along with some potatoes and blueberries. And this one was a big hit with all of us.
