As someone who switched from iPhone to Samsung, and now to the Z Flip 8, and now to the Z Flip 8, let me tell you some settings that I immediately changed to make the switch easier. Because I know you already switched, I know you have either the Z Flip 8 or the Z Flip 8. So let me tell you how to make this easier. The first thing that I changed when I switched over was taking away the nav buttons on the bottom. I do not like them. If you're team nav buttons, that's great. I'm swipe girl. I like to swipe. So we're going to go into settings. You're going to type in navigation. And then you're going to go here to where it says navigation bar type. And you're going to select swipe gestures. Now you can just go like that, just like how you did on your iPhone. If you don't like when you swipe over here to get your little panel, you have to do it twice. Let's change it to how mine is where I just swipe once. So you swipe down to your panel. You're going to go right here to the little pencil. You're going to go to panel settings. And you're going to make sure it says separate. Together. View notifications and collapsed quick settings together. To view the full quick settings panel, swipe down one more time. Quick panel on left side. Allows to both the cover screen and main screen. Reset quick panel layout. Contact us. So when you swipe, you'll have the notifications and that, and you have to do it twice to get to the panel. So we don't like that. At least I don't like that. We're going to go to separate. So that's why I keep mine like that. Another thing that I immediately took off was the Google Discover. I do not like having that Google there. Let me show you how to take it off. Settings again. For this, you're going to need good luck. So we're going to go into the Play Store. And search for Gboard. And you're going to install it. Since I have my Gboard as default, I believe when you don't and you press Gboard through this menu, it sends you through this menu. If it doesn't, in settings, you're going to search for keyboard. You're going to select keyboard. You're going to select default keyboard. Gboard. And now that it's your default keyboard, you'll have it here. You can customize this. You can go here, you can resize it, you can make it floating. It has one-handed. It has so many options. You can also apply a theme. You can do a custom theme as well. And then right here, you can go into the settings. So you can go and click through all of this. So you can make it exactly how you want it to be. Those are the things that I immediately changed as soon as I switched over to Samsung and it made it so much better for me. So if you're struggling, try this out and it'll get better. Another thing I immediately took off was the Google Discover. I do not like having that Google there. So I changed it to Google keyboard because it just felt so much better. The correction is better and it just, I don't know, I love it. So let me show you how to set this one as your default. Go into the Play Store. And search for Gboard. And you're going to install it. I believe when you don't and you press Gboard through this menu, it sends you through this menu. If it doesn't, in settings, you're going to search for keyboard. You're going to select keyboard.
