These are my satay garlic butter noodles Ready in just 10 minutes. They are so good. I'm literally addicted. I got so many DMs and comments on how you guys love my chili oil garlic butter noodles. This is a non-spicy version, but just as good, trust me. I'm using knife-cut noodles. You can get them from Asian grocery stores. If you're in the UK, I got mine from Oseyo. Just look for any that have this kind of texture. They cook in 5 to 6 minutes. While the noodles are boiling, I'm just gonna get everything else ready, which is chopping. I did about 4–5 cloves garlic, and I think the full recipe will be in the description below. And trust me, this comes together so quickly. Cook this for about a minute. And then I'm using Lee Kum Kee satay sauce. I'm Malaysian, so I know what satay is. And I'm so sorry, just adding peanut butter to your food doesn't make it satay. I got the sauce just at Sainsbury's in the international aisle. You can kind of add as much as you like for saltiness. I'm using fish sauce, adding some sesame oil as well. And then I'm adding one of my favorites, sweet soy sauce, also known as kecap manis. And then I'm going in with a little touch of sugar. And give this a taste and balance it out if you need to. But all that's left to do now is add the noodles. I did give them a little rinse under cold water just so they don't stick and overcook. Add in a hearty amount of butter. And some fresh spring onion. Give that a really good mix. And that is all. And as you know, these noodles are my go-to girl dinner and yes, I'm eating it straight out of the pan. So freaking good.
