Not only does it taste like the high quality sticky rice you get from takeout, but there is no soaking or special equipment required either!! #SuccessRicePartner #ad Thai Coconut Curry Chicken Gluten free, dairy free ingredients: Success Boil-in-Bag Sticky Rice 2 tbsp minced garlic 2 ½ tbsp red curry paste 1 cup of coconut milk 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1-2 tbsp sesame oil 1/4 cup tamari 2 bunches of bok choy, chopped 1 lb of chicken, sliced into 1” cubes Directions Cook Success Sticky Rice according to package directions. Set aside and let cool. Add the minced garlic and curry paste to the frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Add in the coconut milk, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and tamari. Bring to a boil. Add in the chicken and bok coy. Turn down to medium low and let simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Once cooked, serve over sticky rice. Top with any extra toppings like thai basil, spicy mayo and sesame seeds.
