I REALLY struggled with this breakfast sandwich. The English muffin was homemade at a bakery and while it was DELICIOUS, it was not a great texture for me. It took me a very long time to get through, and if I’m being honest I gave I’m 3/4 of the way in. But I did keep with it. I still have food aversions and I often hesitate to try new things because it’s hard being met with disappointment. But, you don’t know if you don’t try.
