We're not buying our first house, we're building it. And today is our first concrete pour. So we're gonna finish tying all the bars this morning and then we have our footing inspection and then our first concrete truck is gonna show up at 10:30. So, happy Friday. Let's get to work. Passed inspection! 10:05 AM Truck's here. First day doing concrete. Kind of nervous. 10:37 AM 10:37 AM 10:37 AM 10:37 AM As the framer- making sure these block outs are clear of mud 11:58 AM 11:58 AM 11:58 AM 11:58 AM Well, we got done with the concrete pour at about 12:15. So I'd say we did pretty good for it being me and Ilo today and it being my first time ever doing concrete. So that was a win. We spent the rest of the afternoon getting all the four foot verts in because we went set those after we poured. And then we're gonna be back tomorrow to strip all the forms and next week we're gonna start building the foundation walls. So I think we're still on track to have everything done by the end of the month. It might be a push because next week is gonna be busy because we're gonna be doing this after hours from our regular job. But really, as long as we're framing by Labor Day weekend, we'll be fine. So that's a wrap for today and we'll see you tomorrow.
