3 months na naman na kinakain ko to. So far nakalimutan ko na yung lasa ng white rice. So, I'm at a point in my life where I'm always looking for protein and fiber sa ulam. Kaya ngayon gagawa ako ng rice pro max version 2. Gagawin ko ng protein rice crispies. Mas matibay yung gamit naming kasi supposedly lower GI. Split or whole lentils, kahit ano naman okay. Preferred ko lang din yung tri-color quinoa. And then additional ko ngayon is red kidney beans. Hugasan mo siya ng mabuti. Kasi may mapak lang yung lasa yung quinoa, kailangan maalis 'yun. After mo siyang hugasan, pwede mo na siyang isama sa kidney beans. Isain mo siya sa brown rice setting. 6 cups of water. Once cooked, fluff and mix well. So ano nga ba yung lasa niya? Kung mahilig ka sa manamis-namis na kanin, white rice, totoo lang maninibago ka sa umpisa. Pero mas masarap 'to sa brown rice. May ibang texture lang siya pero hindi naman siya deal breaker. Haluan mo lang ng meat na malasa. Halos hindi mo mapapansin na hindi siya kanin. Version 3 ko nito, ilalagay ko na rin siya ng black beans.
