I'm fiber maxing so I make a chia seed pudding. Really, it's just chia seed pudding. It's just water and chia seeds. Could not be simpler. And I try to eat it every day. So what I have here is about a cup of water. I know that it's about a cup, about this line here, so I just fill it up to that line. And then I take four tablespoons of chia seeds. So that means for every half cup of liquid, you're doing two tablespoons of chia seeds. You can do other kinds of liquid, obviously. You can do milk, which I've done before, which tastes better than water. I'm not gonna lie. I almost lost count of how many I did. So I just did four. And then I put the lid on and it takes a minute for these to kind of mix together. So I shake it up. Oh, the water's coming out actually. It's not the most efficient way. And then I let it sit for a few minutes and then you'll see it kind of separates and gets clumpy. So once it separates like that, I just do it again. And then I'll just stick it in the fridge overnight. And then it's all ready to go. It turns into that really thick goo. So if you need to up your fiber game, this is definitely the way to go in my opinion. It's so easy to add into your everyday life. And if you need to go number two more, you need to drop a deuce, then definitely have this. It really doesn't taste that bad. And it's especially good mixed in with yogurt.
