At the start of this video, I needed to do more hard stuff. Same routine, discipline lacking, I needed change. This was it, the @TCS Sydney Marathon . 7 weeks training, 42km of Sydney streets, hills, and other runners. I was ready to do this alone, I do usually train alone. But, my friends had my back, my family had my back, my team @La Roche-Posay had my back. I can’t wait to cross that line. ALWAYS READ THE LABEL AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE. Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure. Sunscreen is only one part of sun protection so wear protective clothing and seek shade. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming, towelling and perspiring in accordance with directions.
