DINNERS FOR REAL LIFE — EP. 17 No time? Make this. This Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is exactly what Dinners for Real Life is all about. Throw everything in the Crockpot, let it do the work, and come back to a creamy, cheesy dinner the whole family will crush. GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN PASTA INGREDIENTS: * 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * ½ tsp smoked paprika * ½ tsp black pepper * ½ tsp salt * 12 oz Parmesan garlic wing sauce * 1 cup chicken broth * 8 oz cream cheese, cubed * ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese * 1 tbsp minced garlic * choice of pasta * 1 cup shredded mozzarella * Fresh parsley, for garnish * Red pepper flakes, optional DIRECTIONS: Add 2 lbs chicken breasts to the Crockpot and season with 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, ½ tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp salt. Pour in 12 oz Parmesan garlic wing sauce and 1 cup chicken broth. Add 8 oz cubed cream cheese, ½ cup grated Parmesan and 1 tbsp minced garlic. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until the chicken reaches 165°F and easily shreds. Shred the chicken directly in the Crockpot and stir everything together until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Cook pasta separately until just shy of al dente. Add one ladle of pasta water into the crockpot. Drain and add the pasta directly to the Crockpot. Add 1 cup shredded mozzarella, cover, and cook for another 10–15 minutes until everything is melted and creamy. If you want it a little saucier, add up to ½ cup additional chicken broth. Finish with fresh parsley, grated Parmesan, and red pepper flakes if you like a little heat. Easy, creamy, and made for the nights when you have absolutely no time to mess with dinner. Save this one for a busy weeknight and follow for Dinners for Real Life EP. 18. #dinnersforreallife #crockpotrecipes #easydinnerideas #chickenpasta #SlowCookerRecipes
