Toddler meal prep for daycare week. We're going to be doing some black beans this week. We just threw these in the microwave for a couple minutes till they're soft. We're going to do some cucumber this week. For meat this week, we're going to do some chicken apple sausage and some ham. A couple people said that their kiddos would need more variety. Add more variety. I'm doing two days ham and three days chicken sausage. Normally he eats like a half of a chicken sausage in a setting, but I really don't feel like putting a half of a chicken sausage in a baggie. So we're just going to cut up the whole thing and see how much he eats. For fruit this week, we're going to do some pears. He kind of goes back and forth on whether he likes peaches or pears more. Right now, seems to be pears. Someone last week got very upset that I cut the fruit after I cut the meat and I didn't rinse the cutting board in between. One, it's already cooked meat. Two, it's really not that big of a deal. Everything's ready. So let's put it together. A lot of people have asked where we got these containers. Target. There we go. These lunches are done. I cannot tell you how much easier it is to just take like 20 minutes during the weekend to get this done and not have to worry about it during the week.
