Chocolate Banana Bread Protein Balls😍 These protein balls are sticky, fudgy and sweet. They contain about 14 G protein per ball! The link is in my profile or go to fitfoodieselma.com🥰 • ingredients for 8 servings: 1 ripe banana 2 tablespoons maple syrup 3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut /almond butter 1 teaspoon vanilla paste 3/4 - 1 cup oat flour (180 - 240 ml) 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder (3 scoops, 90 g) 1/4 cup almond flour (60 ml) 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60 ml) 1 teaspoon cinnamon • toppings: 3.5 oz / 100 g 80% dark chocolate Flaky sea salt • 1. Mash the banana 2. Add the peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla and stir 3. Add the dry ingredients and stir. Depending on the consistency of your peanut butter, you may need more oat flour. Add less first and then add more of needed. You want the mixture to reach dough consistency! 4. Roll into 8 balls 5. Let set in the freezer for 1 hour 6. Dip the bites in melted dark chocolate and top with flaky sea salt 7. Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer. They last in the fridge for a few days and in the freezer for about a month.
