I didn’t even know who I’d have my babies with yet. I just knew I’d been told PCOS might make it harder for me to have them. So in my 30s, before there was a positive test, before there was a baby, I started preparing my body. Not by punishing it. By finally learning how to support it. 🌹 I discovered lymphatic Pilates + barre and fell in love with slower movement, breath, mobility, circulation and supporting lymphatic flow. 🏋🏽♀️ I started lifting weights because I was learning just how connected muscle and insulin sensitivity were to my PCOS. 🥗 I changed the way I ate, focusing on anti-inflammatory foods and supporting my blood sugar, rather than simply eating less. 🚶🏽♀️ And I walked. Every single day. Slowly, my body started to feel different. My cycles. My symptoms. My relationship with exercise. My understanding of my own body. Those little things eventually became the 3-2-8 Method. And then one day, the body I had once been scared might struggle to carry my babies… carried my son. 🥹 That will never, ever be lost on me. Now I’ve put the movement and method that supported my journey into my women’s health studio, so other women can start learning their bodies too. Come practise with me in private. The 3-2-8 Method + lymphatic Pilates & barre are in my bi0 🌹 #ttc #over30 #fertility #pcos
