If I'm hosting, you better believe the theme is not going to be boring. And a pickle themed night? I am obsessed. I wanted this to feel fun but elevated, so I created a floating centerpiece in the iconic Claussen colors. And then instead of plates, I decided to use mirrors to display all of my pickle-themed foods. And of course, all of the recipes between the tuna melt, fried chicken ranch bites, and fried pickles had to be Claussen pickles, because a good pickle needs to have that cold, crispy bite and bold flavor. My pickle lovers will know. They're never cooked and always refrigerated, so I don't risk having mushy pickles in any of my recipes. Honestly, probably my favorite menu I've done. So next time you're at your local grocery store, add those Claussen pickles to your cart, call your friends over, and throw them a pickle themed night.
