I feel like I finally got in our breakfast routine down to a science especially on those busy mornings. Honestly just keeping it simple and focusing on getting a little more protein. It helps my mornings feel so much less chaotic. I made one simple swap and I've been using @fairlife ultra-filtered milk in our breakfast staples that we already love. I've been making this super simple morning smoothie for the boys and they are obsessed. I just blend chocolate fairlife, a banana and peanut butter and it's seriously so creamy and delicious. And I switched over the milk that I use for my lattes because Fairlife has 50% more protein and 50% less sugar than regular milk. So it's been such an easy way to add a little bit more protein into our morning without making breakfast any more complicated. It's just a simple swap and the things that we were already having.
