as a mom to two very active boys bedtime used to be so exhausting for me I was constantly trying to wear them out but I'm telling you these boys could go non stop all day we started using hiya's bedtime essentials and now they actually get excited for bedtime they can even personalize their own little bottle so it's like a little treat that they can look forward and I especially love that it has zero sugar zero melatonin and is non habit- forming it's become such a comforting part of our routine and helps signal the boys that it's time to slow down, relax, and get ready for bed and now I truly can't imagine our bedtime routine without it so if you're in the same boat go grab your bedtime essentials with my code GL50 for 50% off your first order
