Yesterday, I sent 15 DMs to potential clients. I got: 2 positive replies 1 negative reply So that's 3 replies out of 15 - a 20% reply rate. And here's why I love DM outreach: I don't have to wait for a job post. I don't have to spend my night scrolling through job boards and applying to dozens of positions, hoping someone replies. I can simply find the businesses I actually want to work with, send a personalized message, and start a conversation. And that's the goal of outreach - not to make everyone say yes. The goal is to get a reply and see where the conversation goes. Some will say yes. Some will say no. Some won't reply at all. And that's okay. You just keep going and find the people who are a good fit.
