After almost 4 years of freelancing, I've learned that having a good income isn't enough. You also need to know how to manage it. Does it mean I never worry when a client leaves? Of course not. But it does mean I can take a breath, reset, and look for the next opportunity without feeling like everything has suddenly fallen apart.
