You don’t have to accept static forehead lines as something you can’t influence. But working only on the forehead is not enough. Your forehead continues into the scalp through the epicranial aponeurosis, and the scalp connects into the tissues at the back of the head and neck. If you want the forehead to soften, I want you to think about this entire area together. Relax the forehead. Mobilize the scalp. Work on the back of the neck. And then comes the part people forget: control your movement. If you spend 10 minutes relaxing your forehead and then unconsciously raise your eyebrows, tense your forehead, or squint for the rest of the day, you’re repeating the same pattern again and again. This is where facial feedback and awareness become so important. You don’t want to stop expressing yourself. You want to stop using unnecessary tension for every expression. Release the tension, then learn not to recreate it. Do this tutorial consistently, save it so you remember to work on the forehead + scalp + back of the neck, and follow for more BeautyFascia techniques. 🩷
