Frankenstein Cookie Bars Ingredients -9 Pillsbury pumpkin sugar cookies -9 Halloween Oreos -1½ sticks unsalted butter, softened -½ cup packed light brown sugar -¼ cup granulated sugar -1 large egg -1 tsp vanilla extract -Green gel food coloring -1¾ cups all-purpose flour -1 tbsp cornstarch -½ tsp baking soda -½ tsp salt -Halloween sprinkles -1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips -Candy eyes Steps 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper. 2. Place 9 pumpkin cookies in a 3×3 layer on the bottom. 3. Beat butter and sugars until creamy. Mix in egg, vanilla, and green food coloring. 4. Mix in flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips & sprinkles. 5. Press half the green dough over the pumpkin cookies. 6. Add 9 whole Halloween Oreos in a 3×3 layer. 7. Cover with the remaining green dough and top with Halloween sprinkles and candy eyes. 8.
