Cookie Monster Chocolate Chunk Cookies Ingredients (makes 15) -2 cups all-purpose flour -1 tbsp cornstarch -3/4 tsp baking soda -1/3 tsp salt -1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted -1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed -1/3 cup granulated sugar -1 large egg -1 tsp vanilla extract -2–2 1/2 tsp blue gel food coloring -3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks -3/4 cup roughly chopped Oreos -1/2 cup mini chocolate chip -1/4 cup white chocolate chips -Extra chocolate chunks, Oreos & candy eyes for topping Steps 1. Whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda & salt. 2. Cream butter and both sugars until light and creamy. 3. Mix in egg, vanilla & blue food coloring. 4. Add dry ingredients and mix just until combined. 5. Fold in chocolate chunks, Oreos, mini chocolate chips & white chocolate chips. 6. Chill dough for 1–2 hours. 7. Scoop into 15 cookies (about 2 oz each) and top with extra cookie pieces, chocolate & candy eyes. 8. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes. 9.
