Frankenstein Cookies Ingredients: -1 @Betty Crocker white cake mix -2 large eggs -⅓ cup vegetable oil -Green food coloring -5 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped -½ cup chocolate chips * optional spooky candy eyes Steps 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil until a thick dough forms. 3. Add green food coloring until you get your Frankenstein green. 4. Fold in the chopped Oreos and chocolate chips. 5. Scoop the dough onto your baking sheet. Add candy eyes if using. 6. Bake for 9–10 minutes. The centers should still look slightly soft. 7. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before moving them.
