Honestly guys, the self-control that I have had to have to not try this immediately is truly unmatched. I wouldn't grab it after the gym and I told an extra long lunch break to do it, but then I had a tradey come and do their thing because I can't film a review with a tradey in my house. That's weird as shit. So, it is officially time to try the Rokeby Protein Smoothie, Cookies and Cream flavor. My credentials are, I fucking love Rokeby. But I am also still biased. I'll be honest, banana and honey, not really a vibe. I don't really like it. But all the other flavors, 10 out of 10. Let's see if they nailed the Cookies and Cream flavor.
