As a nutritionist and an avid Robuckee lover, I need to remind you that nutritionally, there is no functional difference between a Robuckee drink and this combo. The protein is the same. The sugar content might be a little bit different based on how much Nesquik you put in here and what milk you choose to have, but this particular combo is effectively the same as a Robuckee. I love Robuckee, don't get me wrong. I love them. They are absolutely delicious. The point of them is that they're convenient. The point of them is that you don't have to mix it yourself. You can grab it when you're out and busy on the go. You can just mix it up when you're on the go. Can you? It's a little bit harder to do that. Functionally, they are the same thing. Obviously, the lactose element is not within that milk in particular, but you can use fit milk and again, same thing. Before you all ask me about Paul's and dairy farmers, they are a little bit different because they have milk solids added back into water, but the principle is the same. They're not actually milk solids mixed into skim milk and not water, but the principle is the same. Nutritionally, they're more similar to mixing a protein powder with water, but functionally, they're all whole proteins. Doesn't really matter which one you choose to have.
