Why it worked

The video leverages a common internet trend of 'satisfying' ASMR-style content, combined with the novelty of products that blur the line between toys and functional items. The visual appeal and the element of surprise contribute to its shareability.

Summary

The video showcases various jelly soaps that resemble squishy toys. It demonstrates the soaps being squeezed and lathered, highlighting their dual nature as both a fun toy and a functional soap. The creator also mentions pairing the soap with Tree Hut body butter for added hydration.

Product placement

Tree Hut (body butter) ACTS - it is applied to skin for hydration, and removing it would change the video's outcome. Removing the brand name would change the outcome. Ulta Beauty APPEARS - it is mentioned as an exclusive retailer, but its interface is not operated and removing the name would not change the video's outcome.
