Here’s what I tried: 🎡🎠🎟️🌽 @mnstatefair When Pigs Fly — a flight of pork sausages wrapped in puff pastry and served on-a-stick. 🐷 📍 Sausage Sister & Me — Food Building, east wall Sweet Peach Lemonade Sparkler — fresh-squeezed lemonade with peach syrup, peach sweet cream cold foam, popping candy and a peach slice. 🍑 📍 Quench’d — south side of Dan Patch Ave. between Nelson & Underwood St. Mango Sticky Rice Refresher — coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk and mango poured over ice, topped with fresh and dried mango. 🥭 📍 Chan’s Eatery — east side of Underwood St. between Murphy & Lee avenues @ Chorizo Manchego Croquettes — crispy potato croquettes filled with Manchego cheese and Spanish chorizo, finished with lemon garlic aioli. 🤤 📍 Paella Depot — south side of Judson Ave. between Clough & Nelson streets @Paella Depot Roon’s Savories — hand-rolled savory waffle cones filled with options like BBQ pulled pork mac, chicken tinga & rice, chicken salad or three-cheese mac. 🧇 📍 Roon’s Savories — west side of Liggett St. between Carnes & Judson avenues Apple Fries — fresh-cut apples fried, tossed in cinnamon sugar and served with caramel for dipping. 🍎 📍 Minnesota’s Original Apple Fries — north side of Dan Patch Ave. between Underwood & Cooper streets Dill with it, Cookie! — a sweet cookie with white chocolate chips, chopped dill pickles and fresh dill, finished with sugar and Maldon sea salt. 🥒 📍 Urban Glow Mocktails — North End, northeast section, across from the North End Event Center Strawberry Crunch Mini Donuts — strawberry donuts dusted with vanilla sugar, vanilla icing and homemade strawberry streusel crunch. 🍓 📍 Solem’s Mini Donuts — east side of Underwood St. between Murphy & Lee avenues Let me know if you’ve tried any!!
