And so this is a senior level software engineering leadership position. Very specific for those of you who have a little bit more experience within this field. You are leading and mentoring a team of developers while also serving as a technical expert for Workday, which is their software that they use in order to, you know, function within HR and also payroll. So basically, to make sure that the technology like employee HR, um, the information, payroll, recruiting, benefits, security and system integrations are working smoothly behind the scenes. To what I just mentioned, you're also testing applications, you're overseeing applications, deployment, solving technical problems and reducing technical debt. You're researching new technology and improvements, working closely with business leaders and technology teams. You're also serving as a technical expert for a Workday related system. As mentioned, this is not a beginner friendly role. This is more of an expert level tech role. I share many jobs on this channel for different levels, wherever you are career wise, a fresh beginner or you're someone who's more expert level and you're looking paying job, this one is for you. So looking for someone with extensive software engineering experience, and Workday experience is strongly preferred, required. However, it is preferred. It's great for who are or maybe were a a senior software engineer, tech lead, software engineering manager, Workday developer, um, an engineer with HR/slash payroll technology slash payroll technology great for you. Is a full time, 40 hour per week schedule, primarily remote, working from home, and there is occasional travel that may be required for training, meetings, and also conferences. So the pay is salaried and six figures right off the bat. You are paid from $160,550, approximately $77 per hour, up to $178,400 which equates to approximately $86 per hour based on a 40 hour work week. And this also this particular role eligible for additional bonus opportunities. So not only are you paid well already, but you can have the potential even more. So this is remote within the U.S. However, um, applicants cannot regularly work remotely from certain states and local localities that are listed and we'll also leave them in the captions as well.
