You're already know my mom and I are going to Asia next month but the problem is I'm paying for the entirety of the trip so our goal is to spend as little money as possible while still staying as luxuriously as possible so let me show you guys how I would usually book this hotel and then what we're ACTUALLY gonna do... I actually have a little over 100,000 points on my Chase Sapphire Reserve. What I would usually do is go on World of Hyatt because Chase transfers to Hyatt and I would usually either stay in the Andaz for 20,000 points a night or the Park Hyatt for 25,000 points a night, now... this is 25,000 points a night it actually costs $640/night (cash) and 25,000 points if you redeem that through Chase is only worth $250 so it's actually so much better to be using your points to be staying in a hotel for $640 a night BUT... The Park Hyatt and the Andaz actually doesn't have availability on the dates that I needed to... so I have been scratching my brain all day for what we're gonna do and I finally figured it out... Last video we used haven't used our Chase credit yet and you get $250 if you book hotels from The Edit (a collection of more expensive hotels). I found this hotel, It's an IHG hotel, it's part of The Edit so you get the $250 credit, breakfast for 2, $100 property credit, a room upgrade, and 3PM guaranteed late checkout BUT... it cost $484 a night and for two nights $1,171 BUT GET THIS... If you book a IHG hotel with your Chase Sapphire Reserve, every year you also get $250 credit on top so That would make the hotel $550/night BUT... So it's $756 for 2 nights, minus the $250 Chase credit minus the $250 IHG credit makes it a $128 a night for a 5 star hotel in Seoul, South Korea PLUS you get the $100 property credit, you get the room upgrade if available, early check in, and daily breakfast for two, AND that is travel hacking and that's why you follow me so follow me for part 3 🥺 comment below any questions!
