This week I made my kids school lunches with the $20 kids bundle from Joe V's Smart Shop. I'm partnering up with Joe V's Smart Shop and I'm trying their bundle boxes that start at just $20. I grabbed the kids bundle and a few other groceries so I could turn this into five different lunches for the week, plus one little extra meal prep. On Monday I used the string cheese from the box and I made pepperoni pizza roll-ups. On Tuesday it was the easiest day. I threw those lunch makers in some fresh fruit and a juice box and called it a day. Wednesday I made turkey and cheese pinwheels and I snuck in veggies too. I added cream cheese, spinach, shredded carrots and rolled everything up and packed them up with some grapes and one of the jelly cups that also came from the box. Thursday was him and cheese sliders on Hawaiian rolls. I added a cucumber and I also packed some extra cucumber and grapes on the side. And for day five, Friday, I used the hot dogs from the bundle to make mini corn dog muffins with grapes, string cheese and a juice box. Five school lunches, one breakfast meal prep, one lunch bundle and I was able to make all of this for under $60. A great week of meals. Head to Joe V's to grab one of their bundle boxes.
