Back to school fridge prep DAY 3! ✏️🍔🌭 Today we’re stocking the fridge with animal-style cheeseburger roll-ups + homemade mini corn dogs—two easy, kid-approved lunches that make packing lunch SO much easier during the school week. The cheeseburger roll-ups are stuffed with seasoned beef, cheese + grilled onions and served with burger sauce for dipping 🤤 And the mini corn dogs are made with homemade cornbread batter and are the perfect little grab-and-go lunch. I’ve been doing this back-to-school fridge prep for the last three days and I'm so excited to show you guys what I've made. First up are animal-style cheeseburger roll-ups. I fill up tortillas with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and grilled onions, then roll them up and bake them until they're golden and crispy. Obviously, these need burger sauce for dipping. Then we're making homemade mini corn dogs. I make a quick cornbread batter, scoop it into my mini muffin pan and add a piece of hot dog right into the center. Everything bakes up at the same time and once it's cooled, I portion them into parchment paper bags and pop them into the fridge. Two easy lunches, prepped and ready to grab for busy school mornings. And honestly, I do both of these two days and we're officially stocked up for some easy lunches.
