Even if you're not a good baker, you can make this 7-Up pound cake from scratch. This recipe only takes 5 minutes to make and you will get a moist pound cake every time. In the bowl of a stand mixer, I got some flour going down, then I'm going to add in my sugar on top of that, making sure I cover all of that flour. Then we're going to get some room temperature butter and then some room temperature cream cheese. And then we're going to add in our eggs. And then we're going to go in with our 7Up vanilla and lemon lime extract. And you're going to mix this on low speed for about two to three minutes, and then mix this on high speed for two.
