Even if you can't bake, you can make this easy poundcake in under 5 minutes. Let me show you how to make this 2-step sour cream poundcake. In a bowl of a stand mixer, I got some flour on the bottom, some sugar on top. Adding in the butter, and then the eggs. And then some room temperature sour cream and a little bit of vanilla extract. And that's it. Now all you have to do is mix on low speed for two minutes and on medium speed for three minutes. Once your poundcake batter is well combined, you want to take it and then scrape it down, make sure you get every ingredient. Bake this on 325 for an hour and 30 minutes.
