Reviewers say this 7 Up Cake is ALWAYS a hit! 7 Up Cake Recipe Courtesy of Allrecipes and Submitter JJOHN32 Cake Ingredients: • 1 ½ cup butter (salted), room temperature • 3 c sugar • 5 eggs • 3 c flour • 2 tsp lemon extract • ¾ c 7 Up Glaze Ingredients: • 1 cup powdered sugar • ¼ cup milk • ½ tsp vanilla extract Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325 and grease a 12 cup bundt pan. 2. Cream together butter and sugar for 20 minutes. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour, lemon extract, fold in the 7 Up. 3. Pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 – 75 minutes. 4. Out the oven allow cake to cool in pan for 10-15 minutes then transfer to a wire rack, 5. Allow cake to cool then prepare glaze: combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over warm cake. Allow glaze to dry and enjoy. #cake #cakes #dessert #baking #sweet
