my transformation to show you that after psychosis or bipolar you can have a life again. at the beginning i was really against meds and i did not want to take them. i decided i would try 1 year every day and then re-evaluate and im so happy i did! also i started my 1 year countdown after i found the right meds and diagnosis for me. (i got misdiagnosed and had bad psychiatrists for 15 years and that effing sucks. if that’s you . just. keep. going). it’s worth it when you feel light & focused and anxiety-free and work on your goals and live life again and enjoy. 💚💚💚💚 also i want to lyk that im building an app to help you start & stick to your goals called @The Life-Maxing App ! i will email you when its ready and launching if you sign up at the email waitlist at my link in bio!!! 💚💚💚 ily girls and everyone #personaltransformation #lifemaxing #psychosis #mindsettransformation #lifetransformation
