I'm gonna show you some of the best vitamin C serums at the chemist that are actually worth the purchase. I'm splitting these into two groups. We're starting with our pure ascorbic acid serum. First one is the Vichy 16% vitamin C. This is a stronger formula. It's fragrance free and it has a very thin, fast absorbing texture for added antioxidant boost. There's vitamin E and carnosine as well. This is the most expensive of the three and you do only get 20 ml of product. Second is the Garnier Night Serum with 10% ascorbic acid. This is my best affordable option and this also has a very thin, fast absorbing texture. Third and final option is the Dr Lewinn's Glow Serum. This is the more unique one out of the three because it uses gold stabilized vitamin C. It's well known that pure vitamin C serums are tricky while the ingredient is highly researched has a lot of benefits for the skin. It's known for going bad quite fast and it is pretty strong, so a lot of people find it irritating. Gold stabilized vitamin C is one of the answers to this problem. And the other answer that we have are vitamin C derivatives. These are the ones that you wanna look for in the ingredient list. For our derivative serums, I've got three options for you. The first one is from The Ordinary. This is their multi antioxidant serum with ascorbyl glucoside. Second is the BUBBLE Tone and Texture Serum with sodium ascorbyl phosphate for our vitamin C plus a bunch of other ingredients known for brightening hyperpigmentation. Third option is Garnier's Brightening Vitamin C Serum. This combines ascorbyl glucoside with melasel. Three pure L ascorbic acid serums and three derivative serums to choose from.
